Are you ready to make a significant impact within Randstad Were looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Product Owner Time & Expenses to join our Global IT team. This is a unique opportunity to be at the heart of our digital transformation migrating from local legacy systems to state-of-the-art core systems.

About the Role:

As a Product Owner for Time & Expenses youll be a key member of our product owner team acting as a business and customer proxy. Youll define and prioritize stories in the team backlog ensuring the conceptual and technical integrity of features. Youll work on the engine of our mid-office process managing timesheets and expenses for our talents and linking them to client billing. Your background in managing time and expenses coupled with knowledge of staffing rules and regulations will be crucial.

How You Will Contribute:

• Solution technology and team facing: Contribute to our vision and program backlog.

• Strategic Alignment: Align with Product Management on strategy and vision interpreting and augmenting features and bringing your own innovative ideas.

• Backlog Ownership: Own the team backlog and implementation establishing the sequence of items based on program priorities and dependencies.

• Iteration Definition: Define iterations and stories and accept iteration increments.

• Acceptance Criteria: Establish and accept story acceptance criteria.

• Team Ceremonies: Be a key participant in all team ceremonies (daily stand-ups backlog grooming sprint planning sprint review/demo and retrospective).

• Team Protection: Protect the product team from work not focused on valuable aligned outcomes.

• Collaboration: Collaborate with UI/UX product and product leaders to establish timeline workflows and goals.

• Market Education: Educate the team on market competitors and customer needs.

Who You Will Work With:

Youll collaborate closely with other mid-office Product Owners the Implementation Manager Business Analysts team leads and development teams. Youll also play a vital role in your peer group of product owners aligning dependencies and joint feature requests. Your global stakeholders will help define requirements and set priorities and youll represent your products to our 39 markets worldwide.

Your Background:

You might come from an operational role in the staffing industry using data for decision-making and managing people and projects or have an IT background with Product Owner experience. You thrive in diverse cultural environments and possess flexible communication skills to succeed in an international context.

What You Bring:

• JIRA & Confluence knowledge or similar product management tools.

• Working knowledge of product development.

• A good basic understanding of data architecture principles and components.

• Proficiency in analytic tools.

• Ability to prioritize effectively.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (at least in English).

• Ability to work with large teams in a matrix environment.

• Understanding of design quality standards.
