To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth were looking to add an Analyst Application Technology located in Guadalajara North Campus
As part of the EIS (Enterprise Integration Services) operations team Analyst Application Technology play a critical role in ensuring the reliability scalability and security of enterprise IT systems. The team is responsible for designing deploying and maintaining infrastructure that supports core business functions and enables innovation across the organization.
What a typical day looks like:
- Deliver high-performance infrastructure services that support mission-critical applications and enterprise platforms.
- Ensure operational excellence through automation monitoring and proactive incident management.
- Technologies & Tools
- Middleware and Integration Platforms: webMethods Mulesoft.
- Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) skills combine both technical and soft capabilities to ensure system reliability and availability.
- Automation: Chef Ansible Git
- Cloud Platforms: AWS Azure Google Cloud
- Monitoring & Orchestration: ELK Portainer Uptime Kuma
- AI/ML Integration: Copilot ChatGPT for task automation
- Protocols & Scripting: Unix shell scripting LDAP HTTP/S FTP SOAPUI
- Team Structure & Collaboration
- Cross-functional team including infrastructure engineers automation specialists and cloud architects.
- Collaborates closely with security application development and service delivery teams to ensure seamless operations.

- Key Responsibilities for Senior Engineers
- Lead infrastructure design and implementation projects.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical strategy.
- Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and improve system reliability.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and ensure high availability of services.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
The experience were looking to add to our team:
- ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE WITH: WebMethods MuleSoft Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) & Cloud.
- Infrastructure Management: Expertise in managing enterprise systems servers and network components.
- Automation & Scripting: Proficient in Unix shell scripting and tools like Chef Ansible and Git.
- Cloud Technologies: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS Cloud) for deployment and administration.
- Monitoring & Orchestration: Familiarity with tools such as ELK Stack Portainer Uptime Kuma.
- Protocols & Integration: Knowledge of communication protocols (HTTP/S FTP SOAPUI) and Tools: Use of Copilot ChatGPT and similar tools for task automation and operational efficiency.
- Incident & Problem Management: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues efficiently.
- Time Management: Strong prioritization skills to meet SLAs and deadlines.
- Resilience Under Pressure: Maintains professionalism and composure in high-stress environments.
- Proactive Thinking: Identifies and solves problems independently with innovative approaches.
- Collaboration: Works effectively across cross-functional teams and departments. Continuous Improvement: Drives process optimization and embraces new technologies
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience with automation tools (Chef Ansible Git).
- Familiarity with AI/ML tools including Copilot ChatGPT for task automation.
- Cloud deployment and administration experience (AWS Azure Google Cloud).
- Exposure to monitoring and orchestration tools (Portainer ELK Uptime Kuma).
