JOB Plant Fitter/Engineer
LOCATION Wigan
TERM Permanent
SALARY(Dependant on experience)
My client is a heavy machinery specialist. They are looking for an experienced Plant Fitter/Engineer to join their expanding team based in the Wigan area on a permanent basis.
The Mechanical Engineering Technician will ideally have the following attributes:
- At least 4 years relevant experience as a Mechanical Fitter/Engineer
- Experienced in the maintenance and servicing of heavy plant machinery
- Have a confident technical skillset with a Mechanical Engineering qualification
- Be NVQ level 3 certifified Plant technician
- Flexible with working hours and overtime
- Have an excellent work ethic and positive attitude
- Be a team player
The Mechanical Engineering Technician role will involve:
- Working in a hot heavy and sometimes challenging environment
- Planned Preventative Maintenance on heavy machinery
- Meeting Health & Safety standards
- Participating in a team to ensure the smooth running of operations
