Learn more about us: Responsibilities:
- Design and execute large-scale academic transformation initiatives across multiple geographies.
- Lead mixed-method research and evaluations including classroom observations field studies and assessments.
- Conduct in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis of academic and program data to generate insights and shape strategy.
- Manage academic quality across program components such as teacher training content design and remedial instruction.
- Supervise and mentor a multi-functional team of academic associates researchers and field staff.
- Maintain strong working relationships with government stakeholders representing ConveGenius at review meetings workshops and policy forums.
- Stay updated on developments in education policy (e.g. NEP 2020 NIPUN Bharat) and align program efforts accordingly.
- Collaborate with product tech and implementation teams to ensure integration of academic insights into the broader delivery ecosystem.
- Regularly travel to state and district locations to monitor program quality and capture ground-level feedback.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Education Public Policy Development Studies Economics or a related field.
- 4 - 6 years of professional experience in the development sector preferably in education.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a managerial or team leadership role.
- Prior experience in research data analysis or monitoring and evaluation will be an advantage.
