About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic HR Generalist with 2-5 years of professional experience and strong recruiting skills to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a motivated HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to make an impact across all facets of human resources.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding new hires.
Support day-to-day HR operations including employee relations benefits administration and compliance.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.
Coordinate and deliver employee training and development initiatives.
Advise managers and employees on HR best practices and company policies.
Participate in performance management and employee engagement activities.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
2-5 years of HR experience with a focus on recruiting.
Solid understanding of HR principles employment law and best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency with HRIS and applicant tracking systems.

Preferred Skills

Experience in a fast-growing or mid-sized company.
Certification (PHR SHRM-CP) is a plus.
Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
