Sentara Therapy Center Great Bridge located in Chesapeake VA is looking for a Full-time Day Shift Physical Therapist Assistant.
Overview
As a Physical Therapist Assistant with Sentara youwill administer physical therapy treatments and procedures under the supervision of a physical therapist. May assist in the development of treatment plans carry out routine functions and document the progress of treatment within the scope of treatment plans established by a physical therapist.
Provides age-appropriate education for clients and caregivers. Supervise and assume responsibility for care provided by identified team members.
Education:
- Associate Level Degree in Physical Therapy Assistant (Required)
Certification:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) - Certification - American Heart Association (AHA) RQIAmerican Heart Association (AHA)
- RQIAmerican Heart Association (AHA) RQI
