Location:El Paso TX

Tower Engineering Professionalsis seeking a full-time employee as a Project Specialist in our El Paso TX location. Job Description

Responsible for working with Project Managers and project teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery.

Responsibilities

-Resolve and/or escalate vendor issues in a timely fashion for successful completion of project

-Serve as primary POC with external

-Maintain and update company databases/trackers

-Project setup coordination and tracking of POs submittals and complete project close-out tasks

-Attend status meetings and present site status reports as required

-Support vendor sourcing onboarding and ongoing relationship management

-Coordinate rental equipment reservations

-Assist with tracking of company equipment calibration and preventative maintenance

-Provide miscellaneous support on major inspection projects as needed

-Maintain team certifications and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

-Review vendor invoices resolve discrepancies and manage purchase order (PO) close out process

-Maintain and update vendor item tracker and mapping system to ensure data accuracy and accessibility

Qualifications

-Excellent oral and written communication skills

-Skilled in organizing resources establishing priorities and working effectively at all levels in a collaborative team environment with Project Managers and project teams

-Possess strong quantitative skills with ability to design moderately complex spreadsheet solutions and database queries

-Good analytical skills to compile information into useful reports and presentations

-Demonstrate the ability to be organized work on multiple projects and meet stringent deadlines by setting priorities to achieve project goals

-Proven ability to work efficiently and independently

-Sustain a balance of quick but accurate work completion (attention to detail is imperative)

-Ability to prepare clear and concise status updates and reports as required

-Proficient with G Suite (Excel expertise required)

-Have outstanding organizational and strong follow-through skills

-Required travel for meetings and site visits

-Maintain confidentiality
