We have an exciting role for a CRM Specialist to join our CRM & Loyalty team in Rozelle Sydney and help us deepen customer relationships through personalized data-driven campaigns.
As a CRM Specialist youll play a pivotal role in driving customer engagement retention and loyalty. Youll be responsible for executing targeted campaigns supporting lifecycle strategies and enhancing our loyalty program. Your work will directly contribute to revenue growth and brand advocacy making a meaningful impact on our customers and our business. Deliver and optimize CRM campaigns across email SMS and other owned channels using Emarsys or similar CRM platforms
Setup and support automated lifecycle journeys and customer segmentation strategies.
Collaborate with creative and digital teams to ensure timely asset delivery.
Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to refine campaign effectiveness.
Maintain dashboards and campaign reports translating complex data into actionable insights.
Assist in loyalty program communications promotions and member engagement tracking.
Work cross-functionally with eCommerce Brand and Customer Service teams to align CRM efforts with broader business goals.
You bring 23 years of experience in CRM and email marketing.
Proficient in Emarsys or similar platforms with hands-on experience in building emails and setting up automation workflows.
You have a strong grasp of customer segmentation personalization and lifecycle marketing.
Youre analytical detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
You take initiative work autonomously and communicate effectively across teams.
Bonus points if you have experience in fashion eCommerce A/B testing tools or loyalty programs.
