Job Summary
Schlossmann Automotive Group is looking for full time employees for the Business Development Call Center position at our Honda City location in Milwaukee WI.

Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Mastering all training materials that are provided
- Following scripts and procedures that are provided
- Taking incoming calls to schedule service appointments and answer service questions
- Making outgoing calls to ensure customer satisfaction
- Following company policies and procedures
- Communicating with Service Advisers and Technicians
- Performing other tasksas assigned
Job Requirements:
- Vaild drivers license with good driving record
- Self-motivated and energetic
- Strong communication skills
- Demonstrated customer service skills
- Ability to navigate a computer and become proficient in dealership programs
- Strong attention to detail and strong time management skills
- Ability to adapt to changes in procedure
- Reliable and punctual
- Flexible schedule to include some evenings and some Saturdays required
