Partner with the best

As a Supplier Quality Engineer you will take ownership for quality and continuous improvement across a range of suppliers. You will lead/support product qualification conduct surveillance audit (QMS/SRG/TRS/Process/Product). You will ensure supplier quality to global standards and lead continuous improvement where there are performance issues.

As a Supplier Quality Engineer you will be responsible for:

Being responsible for Supplier Quality Assurance and Supplier Quality Development including qualifications action plans audits and performance monitoring.

Driving supplier selection through robust qualification processes. Accelerating improvements in supplier quality and deliver value.

Tracking project progress and ensure on time delivery.

Developing positive relationships and work closely with Sourcing Leaders to manage and implement supplier/engineering changes New Product Introductions and transfers.

Interfacing with Suppliers and Supply chain to drive Quality improvements.

Delivering results by key metrics-Cost of Quality/Cost of Failure qualification on time rate supplier quality plan engagement/effectiveness and corrective/preventative action closure.

Driving improvements utilizing Supplier Scorecards and own Supplier audit ensuring supplier compliance and driving improvement
plans.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a Bachelor with Major in Mechanical Engineering Materials Science and Engineering or relevant.

Have 3 years SQE experience with related industries like power Generation Oil and Gas Automobile Railway etc

Be familiar with equipment or part like inlet/exhaust/fluid system pressure vessel/heat exchanger/Generator Base/gear box(reducer)/tree frame/pipeline or machining parts.

Have fluent English and Chinese Speaking and Writing capability.

Show the ability to lead and coordinate several projects simultaneously.

Have an analytical mindset with a proven ability to resolve problems and identify solutions.
