What youd be doing in this role

Were on the hunt for an awesome Associate Systems Engineer to join our team! As an Associate Systems Engineer in the Workforce Access Management team youll be responsible for empowering our Canvanauts through the delivery of our Access Management services.
At the moment this role is focused on:
- Youll be the first point of contact for Access Management tickets raised in our IT Service Desk
- Bringing a customer first approach to Access Management ensuring SLAs are followed while delivering exceptional service
- Implementing Access Management Controls on new and existing Third-Party SaaS systems (SSO Authentication Authorisation Role-Based Access Identity Lifecycle User Access reviews)
- Writing clear and comprehensive documentation as well as a willingness to share knowledge with the team
- Working with the team to escalate problems to the appropriate staff
Youre probably a match if:
- You have at least 2 years of experience in Okta administration preferably across Identity Lifecycle Management Authentication Access Control Authorisation or Access Requests
- Youre confident configuring Identity and Access Management (IAM) tools including SSO and MFA
- You have technical knowledge of app integration protocols such as SCIM SAML and OIDC
- You bring at least 2 years of experience in technical support ideally within a fast-paced or enterprise environment
- You can manage multiple competing tasks and priorities with ease
- You take a data-driven approach to identify trends surface problem areas and prioritise improvements
- You have exceptional communication skills and enjoy working collaboratively across teams

The WAM team aims to radically innovate the foundational infrastructure of our Access Management technology to deliver a secure and frictionless experience for all employees.
This infrastructure powers Identity Lifecycle Management SaaS onboarding & offboarding Authentication Access Control and Authorisation User Access Reviews & Access Requests.
