- Drive the execution of the companys M&A strategy owning key value drivers of growth and success.
Your To-Dos
- Scout & Strategize: Identify analyze and evaluate potential M&A targets across the EdTech landscape.
- Shape the Plan: Collaborate on defining Sduis strategic M&A objectives and translate them into actionable insights.
- Build the Case: Own financial modeling and business case development to support acquisition decisions.
- Drive Deals: Lead due diligence processes with internal teams and external advisors ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
- Document & Deliver: Convert complex analysis into clear actionable deal documentation and recommendations.
- Present & Influence: Communicate findings confidently to the Director and C-Level executives making your insights count.
Your Skills
- Financial & Analytical Expertise: Hands-on experience with company financials KPIs and market analysis. You turn complex data into actionable insights.
- Problem Solver & Detail-Oriented: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a sharp eye for detail.
- Persuasive Communicator: Able to present complex results clearly and convincingly to a wide range of stakeholders.
- Collaborative & Relationship-Oriented: Thrive in building strong internal and external connections.
- Ownership & Results-Driven: Take initiative act decisively and deliver results in fast-paced high-performance environments.
- Educational Background: University degree (MSc/BSc) in a quantitative field (Mathematics Economics Engineering Finance Statistics) or a business degree from a top-tier business school.
- Professional Experience: 24 years in financial/business analysis roles in demanding settings such as investment banking consulting private equity venture capital or high-growth tech companies.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English and German (spoken and written); additional European languages are a plus.
