About the Opportunity:
Bishops Forest Community a privately owned and meticulously maintained course in Waltham MA ND Landscape is seeking a skilled and reliable Groundskeeper to join our dedicated team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who takes pride in their work values a beautifully kept landscape and enjoys working independently in a quiet natural setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily trimming and weeding
- Operate various groundskeeping equipment such as mowers trimmers and utility vehicles
- Monitor site conditions and report any concerns or needed repairs
- Maintain a clean safe and orderly work environment
- Support seasonal tasks such as leaf cleanup snow removal and project work
What Were Looking For:
- Prior experience in maintenance landscaping or groundskeeping is required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and pride in work quality
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs and operate light equipment
Schedule:
- 3040 hours per week
- Weekend and early morning hours may be required during the peak season
