What Youll Do
- Plan priorities that impact multiple or enterprise/global projects.
- Manage end-to-end project delivery of multiple projects with highly complex issues.
- Project point of contact for communications milestones and review briefings.
- Accountable for assuring effective transition into production and meeting production acceptance readiness criteria.
- Highly effective organization of meetings to ensure flow participation progress proactive mitigation of risks and issues; can train others.
- Develop update and maintain project plan and other project documentation.
- Manage lead project team in project activities including analysis design and development testing training implementation and post implementation.
- Assign tasks provide guidance mentor project team.
- Plan and direct schedules to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget.
- Analyze and facilitate resolution of issues; carefully controls change.
- Interact with necessary stakeholders/team members to manage project scope and identify evaluate communicate escalate issues.
- Communicate status of project within/across depts.
- Optimize results through highly effective communications.
- May be enlisted to assist in gathering portfolio data preparing presentations completing data analysis or other ad hoc tasks to contribute to the overall vertical or enterprise portfolio.

What Youll Need
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience required
- PMP (or comparable PM certification).
- Certified Scrum Master is a plus
- 7 years project management experience.
- Budget management: consistently maintains and uses project budget and actuals tracking to ensure costs are maintained within the specified tolerance level.
- Impact analysis: consistently able to assess impact for with minimal supervision each project aspect and determine if project can expand or not to address new idea and can train others.
- Project planning: consistently able to independently translate functional requirements into project plans.
- Project implementation: consistently able to effectively implement all project phases.
- Project management fundamentals: advanced knowledge of schedule risk management issues management leadership and can train others.
- Documentation: consistently clear accurate and can train others.
- Communication: consistently demonstrates advanced clear articulate concise; verbal and written.
- Organization/prioritization: consistently utilized and effective over own work.
- Demonstrated effective (intermediate level) use and experience with MS Visio Projects Smartsheets & Excel.
- Leadership skills: extensive demonstrated experience in lead roles
- Problem analysis and solving skills: consistently applied within project management environment.
- Extensive demonstrated experience incorporating software development life cycle into project plan.
- Demonstrated experience at maintaining forward progress despite conflicting priorities and competition for resources.
The typical hourly pay rate for this position is shown below and is negotiable depending upon experience and location.
$51.44 - $77.88Benefits are available to contract/temporary professionals including medical vision and dental and life and disability insurance. Hired contract/temporary professionals are also eligible to enroll in our company 401(k) plan. Visit for more information.
