As an EHS intern at Haleons Lincoln site youll be part of a collaborative team that integrates safety into every engineering discipline. You wont be siloedyoull work across mechanical electrical civil and chemical projects to help drive safety and efficiency improvements that matter.

What will your individual contribution at Haleon be

• Review daily safety incidents and help identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with engineers and operational leaders to assess risks and propose solutions that enhance both safety and performance.
• Lead or support hands-on projectslike developing recycling systems or automating manual safety processes.
• Use tools like Power BI PowerApps and Excel to analyze data streamline workflows and improve documentation.
• Participate in plant tours training sessions and reflection time to explore new areas and propose future contributions.

Requirements:

• Pursuing a BS degree in engineering information systems analytics or a related technical field
• Must have active student status for the duration of the internship.
• Must be eligible to work in the US at the time of and for the duration of employment. Employees will be required to furnish evidence of US work authorization.
• Must be eligible to work onsite on a full-time basis during the internship duration (40 hours/week) and provide their own funding for relocation and commuting.

Preferred Requirements:

• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with tools like Power BI PowerApps or programming languages.
