About the team:

Methods and Tools (M&T) is a transverse team working with different core engineering verticals in Airbus. The USP of this team is working in a multi-functional environment providing digital solutions to engineering problems.

The USP of the team is people with Core Engineering domain knowledge complemented by software development skills. The team plays an enabler role in various digitization initiatives across Airbus utilizing the latest technologies and the domain knowledge they have.

Some examples of the digital solutions for various Core Engineering departments such as Data driven designs of wiring automated routing electrical harnesses Data Analytics based product aimed at reducing physical tests of material specimens. It also involves developing web-based solutions to encapsulate and automate different workflows such as flight test planning addition to these points developing tools for Electrical Wiring Harness and Hydraulic Circuit design process improvements. Some of the tools developed; are used in the areas of Aircraft Safety analysis and Engineering Business Data monitoring etc.

M&T is also deeply involved in Agile Scrum and SAFe in developing state of the art digital products for the areas mentioned above.

We are looking for people with 7-9 Years of experience

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in one or more of these programming languages(JavaC#Python)

• Expertise with at least one application frameworksuch as .

• Familiarity with REST APIs concepts.

• Knowledge on Systems Engineering and Product Safety related development.

• Ability to build interactive and efficient web applications in HTMLCSS and JavaScript.

• Experience with modern UI Frameworks like (ReactJS Angular vuejs).

• Good understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms.

• Understanding of database technologies such as SQL/NoSQL and relational databases schemadesign.

• Good Communicative collaboration to exchange with stakeholders

• Sound knowledge of Unit testing using any preferred frameworks.

• Sound knowledge in Software design and design patterns.

• Sound knowledge in Distributed system and Microservices(Web / Stand-alone).

• Very good analytical and reasoning skills.

• Experience with cloud based technologies (AWS).

• Sound knowledge of Agile Scrum and SAFe 4.6 (nice to have).

• Knowledge of Devops practices and Tools(Kubernetes Jenkins Docker)

• Good interpersonal & communication skills.
