What We Are Looking For:

An experienced Environmental Remediation Associate Engineer ready to support a design team using innovative remedial technologies to address various contaminants in soil groundwater industrial wastewater stormwater and air. The right candidate will enrich our team of engineers and scientists in providing field and office support and solutions to address contaminants such as PFAS 14-dioxane chlorinated solvents petroleum and heavy metals for sites regulated under state CERCLA and RCRA laws. What You Will Be Doing:

  • Supporting remedial and process engineering projects and teams to fill data gaps design construct operate and optimize systems.
  • Planning and performing assessments pilot tests construction oversight and remedy O&M.
  • Evaluating data from aquifer tests pilot studies bench testing sampling events and modeling to develop remedial strategies.
  • Preparing design basis technology feasibility analyses and selection and design plans specifications and reports.
  • Communicating with regulatory personnel and permitting agencies to ensure compliance with project requirements and applicable regulations.
  • Preparing proposals cost estimates and long-term projections for remediation projects.


What You Will Need:

  • Bachelors degree from an ABET-accredited college in Civil Chemical Mechanical or Environmental Engineering.
  • 4-8 years of relevant experience required.
  • P.E. preferred EIT required.
  • Strong knowledge of FDEP CERCLA RCRA and other environmental regulations legislation and SOPs.
  • Hands-on experience with remediation technologies and O&M for soil groundwater stormwater industrial wastewater and air for a wide range of contaminants.
  • Experience with remedial system instrumentation and controls and remote telemetry a plus.
  • Strong consulting problem solving and leadership skills.
  • A valid drivers license.
  • Ability to travel overnight.
