Job Summary

We are hiring a Technical and Training Administrator to manage training services and provide administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the CTO including managing calendars appointments and preparing documents/presentations.
  • Coordinate client training services: assess needs customize plans and arrange logistics.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding training inquiries and scheduling.
  • Develop training materials presentations and user manuals.
  • Gather client feedback and provide ongoing support for training programs.
  • Assist the CTO with project-related tasks and documentation.
  • Manage expense reports invoices and training budgets.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Communications or related field.
  • 3 years experience in executive support and client relations.
Skills:
