Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the CTO including managing calendars appointments and preparing documents/presentations.

Coordinate client training services: assess needs customize plans and arrange logistics.

Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding training inquiries and scheduling.

Develop training materials presentations and user manuals.

Gather client feedback and provide ongoing support for training programs.

Assist the CTO with project-related tasks and documentation.

Manage expense reports invoices and training budgets.
