OVERALL ROLE PURPOSE

The role of Financial Restructuring Administrator (Intern 6months) is to assist Senior FR&R supervisor in managing customers with increased credit risk profile. The role lies under FR&R Department and

FR&R manages customers with financial difficulties prepares legal actions and handles the process of collecting bad debts. This role contributes to the process of client case management and to the preparation of the necessary documentation for legal actions.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Role Specific

• Day to day preparation of client documentation related to legal actions
• Participate in Financial and Restructuring assessment creation
• Handling customer queries and complaints by email and telephone received from several sources and in line with company procedure and timescales.

Team Support

• Assist with internal and external communications

Delivering Great Service

• Maintain a high level of service focus ensuring Ayvens Style is adopted.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree in Accounting will be considered as a plus.
• knowledge of legal terms and procedures will be an asset.
• Very good knowledge of English.
• Excellent written and communication ability.
• Being multitasking and able to prioritize.
• Demonstrates initiative and motivation and acts promptly to get things done.
• Dares to take a stance and express it.
• Co-operates and builds relationships in the immediate work environment.
