Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Financial Manager with cost-basis accounting experience to play a critical part in managing cost accounting functions improving cost control processes and supporting financial decision-making through accurate cost analysis. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills manufacturing or production industry experience anda collaborative approach to working across departments.
Provide financial strategy budgeting and forecasting Quantify financial outcome month end reporting and analysis Develop and coordinate adoption of financial guidelines policy and procedures Collaborate and provide guidance to controller accounting team Review and audit monthly and annual financial statements Prepare P&L statements Identify and present opportunities for improving efficiency and profitability Support cross-departmental financial analysis and comprehension Communicate and collaborate with management team Implement and maintain accounting controls identify assess and mitigate risk manage external audits and ensure compliance
