What would this role do
As an Intake Coordinator with 360 Behavioral Health you report to the Supervisor of Care Navigation & Intake as part of the companys Partnerships & Growth team. Your focus is to ensure the company delivers an exceptional customer experience to all parents caregivers health plan representatives local office partners and others as you onboard new clients initiating services through the organization from warm handoff to you from the Care Navigation team through your handoff to the local office.

Role Responsibilities (Heres what it takes)
- Live the Companys business theory of Customer Focus Total Participation Continuous Improvement Leadership and Mutual Learning.
- Coordinate onboarding activities including completing all intake documentation eligibility and benefits verification preauthorization for initial assessment services and handoff to local clinic for new clients meeting admission requirements and who are interested in initiating services with the company
- Maintain status of all intake activities by recording details in the clients record in Lumary confirming and uploading all documentation as required and recording details into the Intake Tracking and other documents as required.
- Manage daily workload to ensure new clients progress through the intake process per established processes and protocols including timely follow up of all assigned new clients.
- Participate in / contribute to the attainment of KPIs established for the department.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other relevant regulatory requirements.
- Assist with other projects or initiatives that support improvements in the customer experience.
Must Haves (Yes we have needs!)
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Monday- Friday 8:00 AM- 4:30PM- Hybrid
- Must travel to Van Nuys HQ
- Proven success in current and prior roles and responsibilities.
- Ability to work independently within established procedures.
- Exceptional customer service attitude and acumen with a drive toward providing an exceptional customer experience with every interaction.
- Superb oral and written communication skills.
- Computer savvy with thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Critical attention to detail deadlines and reporting.

- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
