Technology Innovation Management is the Office of COO within Technology which is responsible for efficient operations of the Technology department in EMEA. The team plays a key role in supporting leadership deliver strategic and operational priorities with oversight of initiatives impacting over 1500 technology professionals. This includes leading programmes that promote inclusion and diversity as well as shaping the future of technology talent through workforce planning skills development and engagement. Collaborating closely with business pillars and regional offices across EMEA the team serves as a central hub for business management with a strong focus on enhancing execution and driving alignment with MUFGs broader technology strategy.

What to Expect

Our ten week Summer Internship programme is designed to provide you with a unique insight into banking. Starting off with a week of technical training youll gain a deep understanding of our products and markets. Then armed with this knowledge you will then join our Technology Innovation Management Team

As part of a select intake you will have the opportunity to learn from some of the best professionals in the industry and will be allocated a buddy to make sure you have all the support to get the most out of the summer internship. Our Summer Internship Programme acts as a pipeline for our full time Analyst programme and a successful summer intern may receive an offer to join our full time Analyst Programme the following year.
