Large ENT Practice seeking experienced allergy nurse FT weekday position.
Responsible for administration of allergen immunotherapy allergy testing mixing and dilution of allergen extracts preparation of immunotherapy (SCIT / SLIT) vials.
Accountable for assessing planning implementing and evaluation of care for patients.
Current and unrestricted nursing license in the state of MA
BLS / CPR cerification
