• Give office tours to new patients and review health histories
• Present financial care plans professionally and confidently
  
  

• Manage scheduling and follow up on missed appointments
• Answer calls return voicemails and handle insurance verifications
• Support daily office operations including deposits reporting and recordkeeping
  
  

• Assist in patient flow and provide laser therapy sessions (training provided)
• Ensure each patients visit feels seamless and supportive
  
  

• Help with social media and patient engagement projects (if desired)
  
  

• Outgoing and genuinely happy to connect with patients
• Professional polished and able to represent our practice well
• Curious about chiropractic principles and passionate about holistic healthcare
• Coachable and open to feedback
• Detail-oriented highly organized and accountable
