Arlington Toyota is experiencing tremendous growth with over 1000 incoming sales calls every month and nearly 900 new and used vehicles sold monthly. To keep up with this demand we are seeking a driven experienced and high-energy Automotive Phone Sales Manager to lead our phone sales department.
What Youll Do:
Manage and oversee all incoming sales calls.
Work closely with sales staff to ensure calls are handled quickly professionally and effectively.
Train and coach your team on appointment-setting and customer engagement techniques.
Drive results by ensuring high appointment show rates and successful hand-offs to the sales floor.
Create a positive energetic and accountable department culture.

Proven success working directly with customers and sales staff in the automotive industry.
Strong leadership and coaching abilities to maximize team performance.
Exceptional phone communication and organizational skills.
High energy self-motivation and a results-driven mindset.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-volume environment.
Commitment to 6070 hours per week and hands-on involvement with customers.

Valid drivers license
