Job Summary
Responsible for the overall direction performance and growth of the PACE Baton Rouge and the management of all program operations including clinical financial and supportive.
Responsibilities
- PACE Program Management and Leadership
- Responsible for the development and management of all external program relations. Represents the Program in the community state and nationally and is responsible for assuring positive public relations.
- Responsible for carrying out the mission and overall goals of the program.
- Directs and supervises PACE Baton Rouge management team including the Medical Director Center Manager Marketing Director and Finance officer.
- Responsible for the fiscal solvency of the program and ensuring maximum fiscal viability through efficient and effective operations. Works with the PACE Director of Finance and the PACE Center Manager in the development and the adherence to the overall program budget.
- Responsible for securing all necessary program funding including Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement and overall program fundraising.
- Assures compliance with all state and federal regulations and works with appropriate governmental agencies regarding any new regulatory requirements or changes.
- Responsible for initiating and implementing strategic planning processes both internally and within the local community including planning for program expansion and creation of additional programs or services.
- Responsible for overall program quality and effectiveness including identifying the need for new services and innovative ways.
Qualifications
Experience - 5 years health care or social services program lead role.
Education - Bachelors Degree
Special Skills - Proven experience necessary for program development strategic planning organizational developments and resource development. Financial skill for budgetary oversight and overall financial performance of the program. Skill in developing and facilitating governing boards and advisory bodies. Skill in working collaboratively with regulatory agencies. Building public relations and program marketing.
