Political Consulting Role Overview Careers with company detailed a contractual role focused on political consulting.
The position is a contract until April 2026 with potential extension until the 2029 elections based on performance.
Candidates must be West Bengal natives fluent in Bengali with academic criteria requiring a minimum of 60% in 10th 12th and graduation and must use their own laptops
Candidate Responsibilities and Training Candidates will be responsible for preparing political strategies running campaigns and conducting client meetings at the ground level
For freshers there will be proper training and an AIC (Assistant In Charge) to guide them on data work and ground-level activities ensuring they work under the supervision of seniors
Candidates might be deployed for ground-level work within 10 days of joining
emphasizing the need for candidates to be aware of potential travel to different Lok Sabhas.
Responsibilities & Ground Work- Ability to prepare political strategies run campaigns conduct client meetings
Interview process- Availability for online interviews; experience with similar roles (not with competitors)
Technical Skills- Own Laptop Data analysis and campaign strategy preparation
Experience range- Fresh graduate or experienced; experience in political consulting preferred but not mandatory
Education -10th 12th graduation: minimum 60%
