Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst 5 to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in gathering requirements creating technical documentation and leveraging Agile methodologies for project management. This position requires a hybrid work schedule with in-office presence two days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and document requirements from users.
Design technical and business requirement documentation.
Collaborate using Agile methodologies including SCRUM processes.
Manage Azure DevOps backlog Kanban and Sprint boards.
Ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
