MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
To implement drive and sustain clinical quality within the emergency medical environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
- Set implement and manage operational clinical plans aligned with Emergency Medicine strategy
- Oversee clinical performance in the emergency medical environment and provide operational support
- Provide specialist expertise and support to emergency centres
- Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships
REQUIRED EDUCATION
ESSENTIAL EDUCATION:
- Registered/Professional Nursing qualification
DESIRED EDUCATION:
- Registered/Professional Nursing qualification
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 5 to 10 years clinical experience of which 3 5 should be in a Specialist function/SME-role such as Unit or branch Manager Patient Safety Risk Management
- Experience in the private emergency medicine environment
REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
