As a member of the Beso Del Sol team youll play a key role in maintaining the resorts welcoming atmosphere.

Description
Be a key part of our team at Beso Del Sol Resort ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our beautiful waterfront property with a focus on maintaining the facilities and guest rooms to the highest standards.

• General Maintenance duties and tasks.
• Light plumbing work including but not limited to repairing faucets installing new faucets fixing leaking drains and installing toilets.
• Light electrical work including but not limited to replacing light fixtures ceiling fans replacing switches and outlets and installing garage door openers
• Drywall repair and replacement
• General appliance knowledge and familiarity
• Painting and detailing
• Tile and grout work
• Perform errands and special projects as requested
• Seasonal preventative maintenance
• Seasonal cleanup including but not limited to: gutter clean out leaf pickup power washing and some landscaping.
• Observe established policies and procedures
• Ensure safety and security of property
• Various other duties as assigned

• Problem solving is of essence

• Outstanding people skills to empathize with concerned and anxious customers

• 3 years of handyman experience
• Proactive
• Some experience working in vacation or condominium rental ideal
