Project Manager Live Events

Were looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in live events and touring to join our team. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments enjoys solving technical challenges and can confidently manage high-profile clients and complex projects.

What youll be doing:

Acting as the main point of contact for clients building strong professional relationships.
Leading technical briefings and coordinating equipment and crew across departments.
Attending and surveying sites to assess requirements logistics and safety standards.
Liaising with venue managers and contributing to event design proposals.
Overseeing project delivery and supporting onsite operations when required.

What were looking for:

Solid live events/touring experienceas a touring technician now looking to step into a leadership role.
Strong technical knowledge (lasers pyrotechnics lighting).
Confidence working with major clients and large-scale accounts.
Personable approachable and professional with proven client liaison skills.
Experience in equipment and logistics management.
Full driving license.

Nice to have:

Experience with rigging/stage drawings.
Project Management qualifications or equivalent live events PM experience.
