Dalian one of the largest ports in China is beautifully located at the frontier of Liaodong Peninsula. The deluxe Shangri-La Dalian is ideally located in the city center and only 20 minutes drive from the airport as well as the railway station which has convenient rail links to major cities across Northern and Northeast China.

We are looking for Rooms Manager we rely on you to:

1Oversee daily operations of Front Office Housekeeping Health Club ensuring smooth and efficient service processes across all rooms division departments.

2Develop service standards and operational guidelines for the rooms division monitor implementation and drive continuous optimization.

3Manage staff scheduling training and performance evaluation for the rooms division team to enhance their professionalism and service awareness.

4Monitor room cleanliness and facility functionality coordinate with the engineering department for timely maintenance and repairs.

5Address guest complaints and special requests related to rooms division services ensuring high guest satisfaction.

6Control operational costs of the rooms division including material consumption and staffing to align with budget targets.

7Collaborate with sales F&B and other departments to support hotel events and guest reception arrangements.

8Regularly review rooms division operational data propose improvement plans and enhance overall department efficiency.

We are looking for someone who:

1College degree or above in hotel management or related fields.

2Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel rooms division with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

3Familiar with front office housekeeping and recreation facility operations as well as hotel PMS systems.

4Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate staff and improve service quality.

5Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities capable of handling complex guest issues and emergencies.

6Proficient in cost control and operational analysis.

7Fluent in English (both verbal and written).
