In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability efficiency and continuous improvement of BTC equipment through Preventive Predictive and Breakdown Maintenance strategies using PO-RE methodology.
Key Responsibilities
Reliability & Maintenance
- Lead all electrical reliability activities within the BTC area.
- Implement and monitor strategic countermeasures to reduce recurring breakdowns.
- Analyze and troubleshoot Tire Building Machine breakdowns and enhance system performance.
- Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance for electrical systems and equipment.
- Control and reduce spillage leakages and unnecessary consumption of maintenance materials (oil grease spare parts etc.).
- Develop contingency spare parts for long-term sustainability.
Operational Leadership
- Lead the electrical maintenance team across shifts ensuring operational readiness.
- Collaborate with the Business Team and actively contribute to High Performance Team (HPT) projects.
- Execute site improvement initiatives focused on safety reliability and cost-efficiency.
Plant Optimization
- Champion the RE/WPO pillar under the Plant Optimization strategy.
- Work cross-functionally to align maintenance strategies with broader plant performance goals.
Experience & Skills Required
You have hands-on experience withFinal Finish Equipment such as:
- Micro-Poise Balancing Machines
- AAA (MHI) Balancing Machines
Youve worked withCuring Presses like:
- Sinorapp
- L&T Hydraulics
Youre proficient in:
- Rockwell and Siemens Drives
- Related Control Systems and troubleshooting.
