BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking aNurse Manager for our Middlesex County NJ Assistive Care office. This office provides best in class care to clients of all ages throughout the larger Middlesex & parts of Somerset County.

As a Nurse Manager your day may look like this!
- Lead inspire and motivate Bayada staff to provide exceptional care.
- Visit our Assistive Care clients to conduct assessments in Middlesex & parts of Somerset County NJ
- Develop the care plan and oversee its execution.
- Supervise home health aides (CHHA) and other non-clinical staff in the homes.
- Facilitate new hire orientation.
- Conduct competencies on new and tenured staff.
If youre a Registered Nurse (RN) with the following skills then a Nurse Supervisor position could be your dream job!
- Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of experience as an RN.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Homecare experience a plus.

Salary: $90000- $95000/ year depending on qualification
