Job Summary

We are looking for a talented candidate to join our design team with 5 years of professional experience working with BIM software in an architectural modeling capacity. Experience working in a collaborative team environment of various building design stages to develop 3D models of building elements as per projects requirements.

Skills:
Solid proficiency of Autodesk Revit Sketchup AutoCAD and other BIMrelated software.
Good understanding of Design concepts and stages development.
Prepares 3D Revit models and Detailed parametric families.
Produces Design drawings schedules quantities (QTO) and visual renders.
Develops Revit templates and follows BIM modeling guidelines.
Assists in model verification and coordination of technical issues.
Knowledge of BIM concepts workflows and standards.
Develops and maintains the firms BIM Library.
Uses Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite.
Attention to details and problemsolving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of using Navisworks Dynamo and BIM360 (ACC) is a plus.
Knowledge in building codes regulations and construction methods is a plus.

Requirements:

Minimum Job Requirements:
Education: At least Diploma (Minimum of 2 years) or bachelors degree in architecture (Preferable).
Experience: 5 years of relevant experience.
A portfolio and/or a sample of relevant work is necessary for consideration.
Good communication skills in English both written and verbal.

Officebased environment Jeddah Saudi Arabia
