A dynamic business consulting firm is seeking a Junior B-BBEE Analyst to contribute to compliance projects client relations and sector code analysis. This is a permanent role based in Gqeberha Eastern Cape.

Duties & Responsibilities

Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:

Grade 12 with relevant commercial degree and 2 years B-BBEE experience / knowledge
Good knowledge and understanding of the Amended Codes and Sector Codes
Valid drivers licence and own reliable vehicle
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) & proficiency with MS Office programs
Sector Code knowledge required DTI Construction Agri required preferred MAC ICT Tourism Property
B-BBEE software experience preferable
Must be self disciplined and able to manage deadlines well
Must possess a strong understanding of B-BBEE codes excellent analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.

The successful applicant would be responsible for but not limited to:

Responsible for conducting assessments and providing expert guidance on B-BBEE compliance to clients.
Analysing relevant documentation interpreting legislation and assisting clients in achieving their B-BBEE objectives
Evaluating information gathered from multiple sources reconciling the information to produce a B-BBEE score and/or a verification file for their clients
Network with clients to build relationships
Monitor market trends to develop/improve existing products and services
Statistics and project progress updates
Assess data; verify evidence; on site reviews; risk identification; client complaints; calculate scores; reporting; file preparation; project management; workshop presentations
