We are seeking a Cyber Project Manager to join our growing team out of our Sterling VA office. As a Cyber Project Manager at Vibrint you will play a mission-critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of cybersecurity programs that protect federal assets and strengthen national security. You will enable collaboration across technical teams foster innovation and provide the structure and discipline needed to deliver high-priority initiatives for our government clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning execution and delivery of multiple cybersecurity projects in alignment with client mission objectives.
- Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams government stakeholders and external partners ensuring transparent communication and alignment.
- Develop and maintain project schedules milestones and risk management plans driving accountability across technical teams.
- Monitor and report on project performance budget adherence and deliverables providing regular updates to leadership and the client.
- Facilitate technical and strategic discussions to align cybersecurity solutions with federal security standards and compliance requirements (e.g. NIST FedRAMP RMF).
- Support the development of project documentation status reports and performance metrics to ensure program success and mission readiness.
- Proactively identify risks dependencies and resource gaps and drive mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Cybersecurity Information Systems Project Management or related field.
- 5 years of project management experience in a federal or defense contracting environment.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles compliance frameworks and federal IT policies.
- Demonstrated experience managing projects across the entire systems development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Active TS/SCI security clearance (or ability to obtain one) required.
