The Amazon Entertainment People eXperience and Technology (PXT) organization (HR) is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide single-threaded support the Director of Entertainment PXT.

The Entertainment PXT team focuses on the inputs that attract grow and retain creative technical and business talent at scale. We customize for unique Entertainment business and industry needs where necessary and scale where possible and applicable. Our Entertainment employees deliver world-class products and services for playing listening watching and streaming in an ever-immersive entertainment environment.
From Day One this role will focus on keeping the organizations leader and team organized informed and on task. High-level calendar management and scheduling will require attention to detail as well as superb time management and organizational skills. You should be comfortable juggling multiple priorities have the ability to manage last-minute escalations and effectively partner with other Executive Assistants throughout the organization to get things done.
You must understand business priorities and demonstrate the ability to proactively anticipate needs and drive improvements. This role requires professionalism integrity and discretion in handling confidential information. You should be resourceful forward-thinking and a creative problem solver.
Key job responsibilities
Own complex calendar and scheduling
Own domestic and international travel
Manage expense report coordination and submission
Develop organize execute and assist with team activities (Staff meetings; All-Team meetings; Off-Sites; and team social events/recognition
Track and help drive completion of key deliverables
Manage team space including moves new hire location assignments and re-configurations
Work closely with the leadership team and our business partners.
Partner with other Executive Assistants throughout the team and across the company

- 5 years of senior level leadership support or 3 years of Amazon experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity sign-on payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
