OurRotational Development Program (RDP)is a two-year journey (24 months) designed to immerse you in the core of ourEngineering Operations and Supply Chainorganizations. Through multiple assignments across various facilities within the Commercial Segment of the Americas Division youll gain broad exposure to our business work alongside experienced professionals and accelerate your career.

Three Focus Areas

As a member of the RDP you will have an opportunity to experience all facets of our business. Our goal is to expose you to the breadth of ASSA ABLOY products processes and team members that make our business so successful. The RDP is built around three core areas:

Engineering

Work directly with our engineering teams to support product development process improvement and technical problem-solving. Youll gain hands-on experience with manufacturing technologies quality systems and continuous improvement initiatives that drive innovation and performance.

Operational Excellence

Experience the full scope of our production environments. Collaborate with manufacturing teams plant leadership and operational excellence experts to ensure our products are built and delivered to the highest standards. Youll apply LEAN principles support Six Sigma projects and contribute to strategic initiatives like facility planning and site optimization.

Supply Chain

During this rotation you will work with our Global Supply Chain team. You will have the opportunity to enhance your logistics planning and purchasing skills while optimizing how our supply chain services our production and warehousing todays globalized marketplace our supply chain professionals are experts at ensuring a steady flow of materials while optimizing our cost structure.

Your rotation will expose you to nearly 175 brands in 70 countries across countless different roles. Within the Americas Division there are nearly 16500 team members collaborating with almost 6000 professionals within the ASSA ABLOY Global Team. This distinction sets us apart as the world leader in access solutions.

About you

To be a competitive candidate you will need to be an intellectually curious team player ready to take on the challenges of tomorrow. We expect you to have an Engineering Supply Chain or Operations-related degreewith a minimum 3.0 GPA. Completing prior degree-specific internships is desirable. You should have a strong track record of involvement and engagement with on/off campus activities. You must have excellent communication skills a self-starter motivated and driven to seek out challenges and find solutions. As a member of the RDP you will have an opportunity to see and work at many of our manufacturing locations. You must be willing to relocate to each rotation site as well as be prepared to travel for potential trips.
