Job Summary
- Be the face of a newly developing Caf operation.
- Can offer Part Time or Full Time depending on your availability.
- Lead the team in setting the standards for fun and great service.

The Position
- Utilise your solid understanding of coffee to build on a loyal customer base.
- Collaborate with the kitchen to create daily and weekly specials.
- Train and mentor a small but mighty team of hospitality professionals.
- Maintain ordering of stock and supplies.
The Person
- Strong Barista experience as well as able to lead a small team.
- Able to engage with a diverse clientele from parents to school Executives.
- Strong knowledge of Food safety and allergen management.
- Hold a Working with Children Check or ability to obtain one
