Job Description:
The Physical Therapist (PT) will provide PT based services to patients in the comfort of their homes.
What Youll Do
- Assess and evaluate patients and develop plans of care (POC).
- Provide treatments as required in accordance with established POCs.
- Provide thorough and prompt documentation of progress during episodes.
- Adhere to Brightstar Care standards for patient care safety and communications.
- Be willing to travel within an established radius.
- Assure compliance with all local state and federal laws and regulations
What Well Love About You
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy institution
- Licensed as a Physical Therapist (PT) in TX
- Work experience of at least one (1) year as a Physical Therapist (PT) with adult and pediatric experience
- Familiarity and willingness to learn Electronic Management System (EMR)
