Proficiency in Microsoft Office required. Experience utilizing AS400 is preferred.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 75 lbs. occasionally.
Ability to use and drive a hi-lo and operate a monorail. Must be willing to secure Hi-Lo certification.
Ability to frequently use stairs push pull and lift.
Must be organized and have skills in written and oral communication.

The Inventory Control Clerk manages inventory for the Districts Auxiliary Services Department. A core function of this role is to order secure manage and distribute inventory.
Assists in the management of inventory for the Auxiliary Services Department.
Orders secures and distributes inventory.
Contact suppliers and vendors to order supplies and equipment and coordinate delivery.
Receives deliveries assists in unloading items and checks in inventory.
Maintains inventory levels.
Performs physical count of inventory and performs reconciliation activities.
Monitors the movement of inventoried items.
Operates a computerized inventory system.
Updates inventory records on a consistent basis.
Investigates inventory errors and performs corrective measures.
