About the Opportunity

As our Technical Pre-Sales Consultant Geology based in Johannesburg you will be at the forefront of demonstrating Micromines cutting-edge geology solutions to miners geologists and executives across Africa Middle East and Europe. From delivering compelling product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts to supporting tenders campaigns and conferences you will play a key role in driving our growth.

You will collaborate closely with Business Development Managers to design tailored solutions that address real mining challenges ensuring our clients see and achieve the value in what we deliver. Other responsibilities include:

• Support system implementations and training to achieve client success.
• Influence product development through client feedback and testing.

About You

To succeed in this role you are a geologist with deep mining experience and a passion for technology. You enjoy connecting with people and you have to ability to connect with stakeholders at all levels. Other requirements are:

• A tertiary qualification in Geology.
• 3 years mining industry experience across geology data management resource modelling and grade control.
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Commercial awareness and solutions-focused mindset.
• Availability to travel within Africa Middle East and Europe
• Multilingual French Portugues desirable
