Location: Center for Pediatric Therapy Schedule: Full-Time (4x10s: Mon Thurs or Tues Fri)
Are you passionate about helping children thrive through compassionate individualized care At the Center for Pediatric Therapy we re looking for a Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) Speech-Language Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team of professionals who are dedicated to empowering children and their families.

At the Center for Pediatric Therapy we provide speech occupational and physical therapy in a warm play-based environment designed to make learning fun and functional. Our collaborative team approach ensures that children receive comprehensive care tailored to their unique needs.
Your Role
As a Speech-Language Pathologist on our team you will:
Perform comprehensive evaluations and establish individualized evidence-based treatment plans.
Provide direct therapy services for communication cognitive and/or swallowing impairments.
Develop functional goal-oriented treatment strategies in collaboration with families and team members.
Coordinate care and co-treat with other professionals including Occupational and Physical Therapists.
Educate and empower families to support therapy goals at home.
Supervise therapy aides and support clinical education for students.
Maintain timely accurate documentation and contribute to a positive clinic culture.
What We re Looking For
Master s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Current Texas licensure from the State Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (Required)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
A team player who enjoys working in a collaborative pediatric setting
