Coonamble Shire Council is seeking a motivated and strategic leader to join our forward-thinking team. This is a unique opportunity to work under the mentorship of an experienced executive and contribute to shaping the future of our Shire.

AsManager Economic Development & Growth you will report directly to the Director Community Planning Development & Environment. Youll lead a dedicated team focused on expanding the Shires economic base supporting local business growth and driving sustainable development.

Your role will involve:

Advising on and implementing initiatives that stimulate economic activity
Supporting business retention and expansion
Attracting diverse and responsible new industries
Enhancing the Shires profile to draw investment tourism and new residents

Were looking for someone with strong leadership capabilities a proactive mindset and relevant experience aligned with Councils vision and strategic goals.
