The opportunity -What future are you building towards

As an S/4HANA (Senior) Manager your primary focus is on driving technology-based business transformations. This includes understanding the requirements and objectives of our clients ensuring clarity and transparency in communication hands-on configuration of the S/4/HANA system and guiding the IT transformation process. You will have extensive contact with clients and in some situations also be their point of contact. You are the SAP expert for the client! Finally there is also the challenge of further developing yourself within the extensive SAP portfolio closely monitoring developments and acting on them.

The office

Our office in Amsterdam is located on the Zuidas: a bustling area where many companies are our Cross Towers as many as 1000 people are welcomed daily. Responsibilities How can you make a lasting impact in a rapidly changing world

• Designing solutions for complex business problems leveraging S/4HANA capabilities.
• Leading sales and delivery of complex SAP enabled projects.
• Managing all relevant project planning and execution activities.
• Building and managing relations with clients.
• Leading and nurturing talent development within project teams.

Job requirements Where do you start if you want to change the world

• Completed Bachelor or Masters education e.g. Business Economics Computer Science Information Management or Business Administration.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience in industry or consultancy.
• Experience in at least 3 full life-cycle S/4HANA implementation projects with a minimum of 2 projects in a role such as project manager solution architect or stream lead.
• Extensive and comprehensive knowledge of SAP related products and market developments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Dutch is an advantage.
• Strong business knowledge in Finance domain and proven knowledge and experience in SAP S/4 Finance and adjacent areas.
• An independent proactive and flexible work attitude.
• Very good analytical and critical skills.
• Furthermore you do not mind having to travel (internationally).

Its an advantage if you have:

• Hands-on experience with the Digital Core S/4HANA Enterprise Management.
• Experience with SAP Activate.
• Skills to work well in a team and have ambitions to grow into a professional within our leading organization.
• Skills to independently identify (follow-up) assignments with existing customers.
• Skills and sense of responsibility to supervise more junior colleagues and to support them professionally.

• Pension scheme: you will build up a pension capital directly after your start at EY. Each month the available premium amount is transferred for you in an investment account at our pension provider. You will also have the option to build up additional pension capital on a voluntary basis.

Pre-employment screening
Due to laws and regulations and because EY (and in some cases its clients) has high demands on the reliability and integrity of its employees every new employee will be screened.
