What You ll Do:
- Plan supervise and execute operational compliance and financial audits.
- Lead risk assessments and develop annual audit plans.
- Draft and review audit reports for senior management and committees.
- Partner with process owners to strengthen controls and drive efficiencies.
- Recommend cost-saving audit opportunities and champion process automation.
- Coordinate with external auditors to maximize coverage and minimize duplication.
- Mentor and manage internal audit staff fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
- Stay ahead of evolving audit and accounting standards recommending adoption strategies.
- Lead special projects and investigations as needed.
Requirements
What We re Looking For:
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance Business or related field.
- 6 8 years of public accounting or industry experience including 2 years in management.
- Deep knowledge of GAAP SOX and audit methodologies.
- Experience with Oracle environments a plus.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with manufacturing environments preferred.
- CPA CIA or CMA certification strongly preferred.
