Job Summary
- Take a lead on MAEs mechanical problem solving & solution implementation in shopfloor.
- Provide MAEs mechanical details & issue MAEs mechanical standard document for
Maintenance. - Work with spare part team to ensure availability of critical spare part for equipment and machines.
- Work with associates of other departments for machine & quality improvement.
- Train and transfer technical knowledge and skill to maintenance technician.
- Support the cost reduction activity by providing innovative ideas that related to mechanical topics.
- Control and monitor MTTR and MTBF performance indicators to meet targets particularly in mechanical systems.
Qualifications :
Education Background:
- Bachelor or master graduation with Mechanical engineer.
Qualifications:
- Intermediate or advanced in English.
- Above 3 years experience in machinery maintenance.
- Have strong experience in solving the mechanical problem of machine or improving machine design.
- Have deep unstanding in MAEs mechanical drawing & Pneumatic diagram.
- Have deep knowledge and skill in machine alignment concept.
- Leadership skill.
- Strong mechanical skill & knowledge especially in Pneumatic system Transportation system Linear movement etc.
- Deep knowledge in instrument tools for mechanical adjustment.
- Strong problem solving and systematic thinking skill.
- Strong teamwork skill.
