Job Summary

The Sr. Program Manager will be a key member of the LinkedIn Talent Solutions (LTS) Global Programs team within the Global Business Organization (GBO) Central Operations. You will partner closely with the VP of LTS EMEA and LATAM and leadership team to define operating priorities drive organizational efficiencies and rhythm of the business activities and deliver strategic initiatives to help the business achieve its goals. You will build connective tissue across leaders teams and programs to create leverage optimize growth and scale the business.
 

This position offers an exciting opportunity to act as a partner and advisor to leaders at LinkedIn ranging across operations sales finance marketing and other cross-functional teams. The Program Managers leadership on strategic & operational initiatives will help influence the growth trajectory of the LTS EMEA LATAM business. 

The role partners with the EMEA LATAM -based global leader (IST time zone) with the expectation you will be able to predominantly work those business hours with the ability to flex to EMEA/LATAM/NAMER regional hours as needed. Some travel may be required.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day thought partner to the VP of EMEA LATAM Sales 

  • Steer development and execution of EMEA LATAM  strategic priorities

  • Drive operational rhythm and effectiveness including leadership team meetings & offsites QBRs OKR management and annual & quarterly planning process

  • Project manage strategic initiatives to support the growth of LTS and LTS EMEA LATAM 

  • Develop and manage new processes to drive cross-functional focus and prioritization

  • Dot connector between what is happening at the macro level (e.g. company GBO LTS wide) level and the impact it may have at a micro level (e.g. functional teams)

  • Use problem solving skills to logically structure ambiguous problems conduct data-driven analysis extrapolate key insights and deliver recommendations 

  • Learn quickly be agile and proactive as well as assume ownership for broad tracks and global workstreams 

  • Advocate and influence at all levels of the organization

  • Coach and mentor others to ensure the team has frameworks training and resources needed to provide best-in-class program management partnership 

50%-time allocation: 

  • Operational rhythm of the business activities (e.g. lead team meetings offsites) 

  • Business planning & prioritization (e.g. alignment on priorities FY investments) 

  • Portfolio management (e.g. tracking progress flagging risks removing blockers) 

50%-time allocation: 

  • Project Management (e.g. LTS  strategic initiatives Team & Talent Org branding / design)


Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in technology internet industries or sales or marketing or in management consulting

  • 5 years of experience in program management or strategy & operations

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of program management for large cross-functional strategic enterprise-wide programs 

  • Experience using data analysis tools such as Excel G-sheets

  • Strong communication skills including written and verbal communication experience with senior level management 

  • A love for change and an ability to thrive in a complex and fast-movingenvironment 

  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to lead cross-functional teams in decision-making processes 

  • Intellectually curious strong emotional intelligence resilient passionate and doesnt take themselves too seriously 

  • Attention to detail ability to prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous workstreams 

  • Experience working on or in global Enterprise businesses 

  • Experience with change management
