We are looking for a skilled Inbound/Outbound Sales Representative to support an HVAC company by managing customer communications related to service inquiries scheduling estimates and sales. This role involves handling both incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism and HVAC-specific knowledge to assist clients offer solutions and convert inquiries into scheduled services or sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls from residential and commercial customers regarding HVAC services (repairs maintenance installations estimates)
- Make outbound follow-up calls to confirm appointments provide quotes or check on previous service calls.
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate HVAC solutions based on provided guidelines
- Schedule service appointments accurately in coordination with dispatch teams
- Provide pricing warranty and service information clearly and professionally
- Maintain up-to-date customer records and call notes in the CRM system.
- Resolve customer concerns or escalate issues to the appropriate internal team
- Meet quality assurance and service level benchmarks set by the client
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a call center or phone-based customer service/sales role (HVAC or trades industry preferred)
- Strong knowledge of HVAC services terminology and common customer concerns
- Excellent verbal communication active listening and problem-solving skills
- Experience using CRM or dispatch software is an advantage.
- Ability to multitask stay organized and work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working remote or in a BPO setting with flexible shifts if needed
